IFI Foundation and Glosity Join Hands to Revolutionize Career Readiness for Odisha’s Youth

At the IFI Foundation, our core mission has always been to drive impactful social programs and empower the next generation. Today, we are thrilled to announce an important step forward in that journey. On April 9, 2026, in Bhubaneswar, the IFI Foundation officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Glosity Inc.

This strategic partnership is designed to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and industry demands, equipping students across Odisha with the practical tools they need to succeed in a highly competitive job market.

Reflecting on this milestone, our Co-Chair, Mr. Nilambar Rath, shared his vision for the initiative: “A truly meaningful collaboration!
