IFI Foundation and Abhyutthana Foundation Sign MoU to Promote Financial Literacy

IFI Foundation has partnered with Abhyutthana Foundation Charitable Trust, a non-profit organization, to enhance public understanding of financial management and digital transactions. This collaboration seeks to bridge the knowledge gap by leveraging the expertise of both organizations in finance, education, and digital outreach.
The MoU was formally signed by Smt Pranati Parida, Co-Chair, IFI Foundation, and Shri Dasarathi Mishra, Chairman & Managing Trustee, Abhyutthana Foundation, in the presence of senior officials. Through this initiative, both partners will focus on content creation, awareness programs, and digital outreach to educate communities on financial literacy.
With the rise of digital transactions and evolving financial landscapes, this partnership is expected to make financial education more accessible to the public. Officials emphasized the importance of equipping individuals with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions, ensuring economic empowerment for all.
Abhyutthana Foundation Charitable Trust (AFCT), Bhubaneswar was set up in November 2015 as a Trust. The entity has been registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investor Association (IA) in October 2020. AFCT is registered with Reserve Bank of India, under Depositor Education and Awareness Fund (DEAF) to conduct workshops on depositors’ education and awareness for public. The Trust has been registered with NGO DARPAN Portal of NITI Ayog, Government of India, as an NPO organization.
